Opening up the future

Our Drives Factory intern Konstantin was selected as a Top 3 finalist in the Higher Education category of the “Best Internship 2025” competition.
We are proud of his achievement and the inspiring journey that brought him from working as a head chef to completing his factory internship and earning a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
