In our Electrification Sustainability Internship Program, you will develop the skills necessary to kickstart a career in sustainability. As an intern you will make a real impact on global projects within a leading company in electrification and automation. Participate in activities like welcome days, knowledge-sharing meetings, training sessions, and networking events. Throughout the program you will also receive support from a program coordinator.

Applying
Applying for an internship is like applying for a job. Search and review ABB internship/trainee adverts, and click on the apply button for the role you are interested in.
First interview
Once applications have been reviewed, selected candidates will be invited for a first interview. Depending on the role, you will be invited to record your answers to questions via video, or virtually meet with a recruiter.
Meeting with the hiring manager
As you progress through the recruitment process, you will meet with the hiring manager and may also be invited to meet a team member (or the team) you would work with if successful. This provides you with an opportunity to ask questions about the internship and meet your potential manager and/or buddy.
If you are successful in the recruitment process, you will receive an offer for the internship position.
Local onboarding
For your first day at ABB, you will be invited to a local office/site to meet your new colleagues, pick up your equipment and get a first glimpse into ABB.
