From the early days of his engineering career, Manoj aspired to join ABB, a company re-nowned for its technology-driven solutions and continuous innovation. He describes ABB as “a very satisfying company that is tech-driven, always evolving, and constantly inno-vating.”

Demonstrating boldness and strategic foresight, Manoj chose to move from a Tier 1 city to Nashik, a Tier 2 city—to pursue greater opportunity, despite what many might perceive as a backward step. “Though I spent a good amount of time in a Tier 1 city, it didn’t fear me to move to a Tier 2 city for a better opportunity,” he explains. This decision reflects ABB’s culture of embracing challenges, seeing potential where others see limits.
