What does your typical workday look like? What kind of projects and tasks do you work on?

Working in a global role makes the day busier, mostly with meetings with different sets of people. I’m responsible for the projects related to the HR Domain (both development and support). My tasks can include, for example, Applications Management, Infrastructure Management, and Vendor Management, among many others.

What kind of development opportunities have you had in your role?

I started my journey as an Operations Specialist and have seen many different roles and responsibilities in different positions and have climbed up the ladder to where I am today.

What is your favorite part in your role as an IS Operations Manager?

People Management in my current role.

What do you enjoy the most about the culture at ABB?

The best and friendly atmosphere in each location of ABB.

What would you say to someone who’s thinking of applying to ABB?

ABB is a dream company for many people from a specific background, so do not have a second thought if you are given an opportunity to work with this wonderful company. Loads and loads of opportunities and awesome support from the reporting managers in both personal and professional aspects.
