She is open to every change that she has experienced and will experience at ABB because she is sure that with every challenge, there’s an opportunity to strengthen and improve her skills.

With their leadership styles they showed her that having a team with different backgrounds, different set of skills and doing different types of work can only be an added value for each and every project.
People − that would be one of the most important elements of the organization. But the scope of work is also important to her. For the last few years she been working in the area of continuous improvement and finance project management. Supporting operational teams by improving their processes and implementing global solutions is something she really enjoys. In her day-to-day work she leads finance projects, cooperating with colleagues from various teams and countries across the globe.
