"At the beginning, I was assigned my key project of managing an internal process. Initially I was afraid that the project would be too small for me because I was used to working closely with clients and customers on all aspects and activities. However, during the three months I was in the project I realized that there was nothing small in the project, because they were very intense weeks of very hard work".
"At the end of the internal process project I was invited to participate in the transition process of the Morriston plant from USA to Ramos Arizpe Mexico, managing all the issues related to quality. The project proved to be extremely challenging because the entire transition was carried out with the limitations of COVID. This meant that the processes were extended due to the sanitary situation, and we could not receive visits from global teams, which were necessary to continue with the transition. Customs processes and equipment movements also became very complex".
"I had experience of transferring one or two lines, but never a plant. The fact that ABB allowed me to participate in this great project, with only three months of seniority, showed me how ABB trusts its workers - and the support I received from all the teams involved in the project made me fall in love with the company."
"Working at ABB I realized that not only do I have the opportunity to be passionate and leave my mark in the activities/projects I do, but I can also enjoy my work, day after day, because I don't feel that I come here to work, but to learn and develop as a professional and as a person".
