Our business-driven rotational early talent program
How is it structured?
The program is 3 rotations over 24 months. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to explore different teams and roles, learning more as you advance. 
Potential roles include sales, project management, operations, lean manufacturing, supply chain, service and many more.
A great mix of experiences
A great mix of experiences
This program is the perfect blend of challenging and diverse tasks, social and networking activities and soft/hard-skills trainings.
At ABB, we want you to grow and contribute to your team, and we support you all the way.
The program is activated at country level and you will start your journey together with other participants in the summer every year.
Who should apply?
Applicants are graduating with their bachelor's degree in various disciplines, from electrical, industrial and mechanical engineering to supply chain, just to name a few. There are many good reasons to apply - be it for the network, the high quality of peers in the program or the inspiring tasks you will be assigned.
