Pathway to ABB Unpause


 

Gaining practical experience by contributing to ABB projects. Each participant will receive guidance feedback and support from a dedicated mentor throughout the journey. This phase will allow participants to apply their learning and experience ABB’s inclusive and collaborative work culture.

Participants gain hands-on experience by contributing to live ABB projects, supported throughout the journey by dedicated mentors who provide continuous guidance, feedback, and encouragement. This immersive phase enables participants to apply their skills while experiencing ABB’s inclusive and collaborative work culture. Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be considered for full-time roles at ABB based on performance. Through ABB Unpause, we aim to support women professionals in confidently re-entering the workforce and rebuilding their careers with renewed momentum
