Sales and (Technical) Sales Support – Supporting with sales and customer solutions related tasks. Supporting internal or external customers with, for example, technical or order related questions, cooperation with necessary stakeholders to maintain a first-class customer experience.

- Previous experience with sales is a benefit.

Product Management – Supporting Product Managers in, for example, market analysis, product positioning, developing marketing and product training material and product pricing.

Customer Service
In customer service, tasks include processing orders and changes, handling customer inquiries, and managing logistics-related duties such as arranging transportation and preparing export documentation. The role involves extensive collaboration with various teams as well as internal and external international customers.

Your background: Commercial education
This position requires a customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with fluency in English, are essential.
Experience with SAP and basic knowledge of logistics and export processes are considered an advantage.

Technical Customer Support
Technical customer support provides assistance to customers regarding product functionality, selection, lifecycle, documentation, and quality-related questions. The role may also include pricing and other sales support tasks globally, as well as assisting with customer visit arrangements. The work requires close cooperation with various stakeholders.

Your background: Technical education
This position requires a customer-focused approach, precision, problem-solving skills, initiative, and fluency in English.
Experience with Salesforce and SAP is considered an advantage. Familiarity with basic electrical engineering terminology and the ability to understand technical drawings are also beneficial.

We offer varied roles working with different parts of our production process. The job may involve, for example, assembling products or parts as a fitter or assembler, driving production machinery as a machine operator or performing logistical tasks as a forklift driver or warehouse worker.
- Your background: production jobs are well suited to both university and vocational school students. For some positions, we require a degree or studies in fields such as electrical or mechanical engineering, mechanical or automation engineering, but there are jobs available for people from a variety of backgrounds.
- A cheerful attitude, good cooperation skills and Finnish language skills are required.
- In production, work may be done in shifts.
- You do not need to have previous experience of working in production. We will introduce you to the tasks, so a motivated and enthuastics attitude towards the work is sufficient.
