Aishwarya’s journey with ABB began as a Management Trainee through the Campus Recruitment program in the Motion business. Her dedication and expertise quickly led her to the role of Substation Design Engineer, where she contributed to high voltage projects in the domestic region.
Her career continued to flourish as she transitioned to a Senior Electrical Engineer role, taking on challenging substation design projects for Bangladesh and focusing on expanding project opportunities. Her role soon extended to supporting diverse regions including Norway, Bahrain, and Singapore, demonstrating her adaptability and global impact.
Today, Aishwarya is making strides in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Bus charging skid projects for Canada, showcasing her continued commitment to innovation and sustainability in the industry. Her story is a testament to growth, versatility, and the pursuit of excellence.

With over one and half decade of being with ABB, Aishwarya has advanced her career by exploring a wide range of roles, transitioning from engineering to management. Her curiosity and adaptability have facilitated seamless transitions across various projects, from substation design to bids and proposal engineering. “Every role brings its own challenges, but having colleagues who feel like friends and family makes the work less stressful.” Aishwarya said.

Beyond regular work responsibilities, Aishwarya takes pleasure in organizing collaborative events that bring people together through shared cultural values. A notable example is 'Kannada Rajyotsava,' a celebration of the formation day of the Indian state of Karnataka.
Aishwarya shared one of the proudest moments motivating her to continue with ABB; “When I showed my daughter the substation where I work, her face lit up with excitement. Even though she didn’t fully understand the technical aspects, her excited reaction and curiosity about the workplace were profoundly inspiring to me”
“I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to showcase my talents and support received during my 15 years of wonderful journey. I truly feel this is the place I would like to retire from,” Aishwarya concluded.
