When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment. The aim of the IWD 2024 #InspireInclusion campaign is to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women.

Work-life balance is achievable in ABB. While being dedicated to my career, I can still spend quality time with my children and find joy in pursuing my passion and hobbies.
ABB welcomed me with open arms, despite my background in a different field. Being able to empower young women to believe that they can achieve anything, is exceptionally rewarding to me.
For more than 10 years ABB has been a partner of Femtec. Femtec GmbH was founded in 2001 by EAF Berlin and TU Berlin with the aim of connecting female STEM students in business and science and supporting them in their personal career development. The goal is to develop young female talent for STEM professions: Femtec qualifies excellent STEM talents already in school and offers determined female students excellent career prospects with the Career-Building Scholarship.
SWE is a global organization which strives to empower women in their careers as engineers and leaders while demonstrating the value that diversity and inclusion (D&I) provides to engineering and technology professions. ABB is proud to be a part of SWE’s Corporate Partnership Council (CPC), which annually sponsors over 120 employees with global SWE memberships, and subsequently supports SWE’s mission towards gender parity in the workplace, a goal that aligns closely with ABB’s own D&I strategy.
Our partnership with the FIA Girls on Track program seeks to empower the next generation of women by encouraging them into STEM careers. Using the exceptional platform provided by ABB Formula E, FIA Girls On Track runs workshops at selected races through the season, to both inspire and show practical support for girls and young women considering careers in motorsport or other engineering-related fields.
